LOSE WATER WITH WATER “THE AMAZING BEAN”

The amazing white bean!!   Fitness trainer , Jen Widerstrom recommends pairing this homemade hummus with water vegetables like; cucumbers and celery .   The double whammy of adding water vegetables with high protein and fiber filled beans.   Tasty , filling, and the combination helps the body release the water.

  • 1 C white beans    
  • Tbs olive oil
  •  2 Tbs. tahini
  • 1 lemon, juiced    
  • 1 tsp cumin        
  •   Blend all ingredients in processor  and dip away the water!!!
