LOWER THE RISK

In these stressful times, it pays to take the steps to lower your risk of getting sick.   A strong immune system is just the start.

Of course wash your hands thoroughly and practice social distancing and stay home if you have symptoms.   Cough in your elbow, don’t touch your face and avoid travel and crowded areas.

Some other basics, manage your stress, get enough sleep and stay active.

Keeping stress at bay helps your body fight infection.   Take breaks from hearing about the pandemic .  Meditate, deep breathe , stretch.   Try to increase your intake of water, and fruits and vegetables.  Stay away from drugs and excessive alcohol.  Read a god book and video call friends and family.

Exercise keeps your respiratory system strong while fighting infection.   Even if you do get sick your recovery will be quicker.  Not to mention how good you feel after a workout and exposure to nature.

Getting enough sleep will also build your immunity.   When we are rested, we are more likely to exercise , eat right and feel strong.

Try to keep your routine as normal as possible while still adhering to the restrictions of your area.

Best of health.!!
